Opportunities

The location, character, timing and audience for this event provides numerous opportunities for creative participation with us. Our goal is to provide a memorable weekend for all our participants, and build towards our goal of a major 2009 Centenary of Canadian Flight event. Our motivation is primarily to encourage all types of participation and variety for our audience - aircraft owners, pilots and public - and the opportunities we are offering reflect this aim.

Exhibitors - With our focus on the flying community's participation this event will provide an ideal opportunity for you to present your product or corporation to this audience in a relaxed and receptive environment. We can provide facilities or work with you to accommodate your displays in an ideal and creative manner.

Vendors - we have a range of opportunities for you to showcase and supply your services to a receptive and friendly crowd. We can provide a worthwhile opportunity for even the smallest business in our vendor area, or work professionally with major corporations to promote strategic goals.

Company picnics! - Want to bring the whole company to the show, or entertain your clients? We can accommodate you. You can host a few select VIP guests in our facilities, or have your own catered corporate chalet. We can even arrange for special flights for your people, or you could even sponsor a specific plane. Not just show day either - media and trade day participation is available.
